Online check-in

With our online check-in service, you will make a quick and easy check-in in just a few steps and save time by avoiding lengthy and exhausting live registration queues at the airport. All you need to do at the airport is go straight to the baggage desk and hand in your baggage. 

The online check-in service is available 72 hours to 5 hours before departure in both desktop and mobile versions (supported by both iOS and Android) as long as you have an internet connection. 

NOTE: Online check-in opens 48 hours and closes 5 hours before the departure on flight routes:

Berlin - Rhodes - Berlin

Berlin - Heraklion - Berlin

Munich – Hurghada – Munich

Munich - Ras Al Khaimah

Munich – Marsa Alam – Munich

Leipzig – Dubai

What You need to know before online check-in:

• the service closes 5 h before departure
• use Your booking number and surname to login
• save Your boarding pass on Your device or print it out
• manage Your booking, pre-order meals, and add other ancillary services for a more enjoyable travel experience during the online check-in

After completing the registration, you will receive Your boarding pass via e-mail. Save it on your device for digital use or print it out. 

For departures from Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, you can only check in at the airport.
