How to buy?
• Products are available for purchase at SmartLynx Online check-in for holders of the valid booking number.
• Products can be purchased online at any time, but please keep in mind that online sale usually closes 24-26 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
• You are allowed to purchase products as many times as you like within the opened sale window.
• List of purchased products will be available to you on MyBooking page after the payment process is completed.
Since the client purchases services at the time of check-in, subsequent cancellation of the order is not possible.
The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT 21% is included in all our prices. Please note that all prices and product information on the Online Check-in are subject to change.
In order to shop at Online Check-in, you must be at least 18 years old.
We accept the following payment methods:
• Visa/MasterCard payments;
• Paysera payments (credit cards, online bank etc.);
A list of purchased items will be available to you on MyBooking page after the payment process is completed. You must check the payment status to make sure the payment is successful.

SmartLynx Online Check-in will not pass your personal details to third parties. Secure Payments online are guaranteed by Paysera. No payment information is kept on our server. Booking number and your surname enable access to certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this login data confidential. We ask you not to share this data with anyone.
Our Website is hosted by SmartLynx innovative IT with access to aggregated information about customers of our Website to analyze performance and make improvements to SmartLynx Online Check-in product.
Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.
