To use this Website and purchase products, you have to read, understand and accept the Terms of Use. These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with SmartLynx Airlines (hereafter “SmartLynx” “us”, or “we”). By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
How to buy?
• Products are available for purchase at SmartLynx Online check-in for holders of the valid booking number.
• Products can be purchased online at any time, but please keep in mind that online sale usually closes 24-26 hours before the scheduled time of departure.
• You are allowed to purchase products as many times as you like within the opened sale window.
• List of purchased products will be available to you on MyBooking page after the payment process is completed.
Order Cancellation
Since the client purchases services at the time of check-in, subsequent cancellation of the order is not possible.
Pricing policy
The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT 21% is included in all our prices. Please note that all prices and product information on the Online Check-in are subject to change.
Age Limit
In order to shop at Online Check-in, you must be at least 18 years old.
Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods:
• Visa/MasterCard payments;
• Paysera payments (credit cards, online bank etc.);
A list of purchased items will be available to you on MyBooking page after the payment process is completed. You must check the payment status to make sure the payment is successful.

SmartLynx Online Check-in will not pass your personal details to third parties. Secure Payments online are guaranteed by Paysera. No payment information is kept on our server. Booking number and your surname enable access to certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this login data confidential. We ask you not to share this data with anyone.
Our Website is hosted by SmartLynx innovative IT with access to aggregated information about customers of our Website to analyze performance and make improvements to SmartLynx Online Check-in product.
Although we do everything to ensure your privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. That’s why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control.

Terms & Conditions for candidates
When you apply for a position your personal data is collected and processed during the recruiting and hiring process.
The following categories of your personal data are collected, processed, and maintained in connection with your application during the hiring process and beyond in case you are accepted for the position:
Your personal details;
- Data you submit in CVs, motivation letters or other written materials;
- Data generated by Recruitment team, based on their interactions with you;
- Recommendations provided on your behalf by others;
- Documentation required under immigration laws (when applicable);
- Data about your prior work experience, education, and criminal records or other data revealed during background screenings;
- Data generated by your participation in assessments. You will receive more information about such assessments before your participation in any of them.
It is not mandatory to provide any requested information but failing to do so may result in not being able to continue your candidacy for the position for which you have applied.
By submitting your information, you acknowledge that it is true, accurate, and complete. Any misrepresentation of fact given in the application is ground for refusal for the position.

SmartLynx Online Check-in may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the Website, you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms. Dispute settlement procedure
In the event you are not satisfied with our services, we will be happy to find a favorable and acceptable solution for you. If you do not accept the solution proposed by us, or if we refuse to comply with your claim, then in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004, and Directive 2009/22/EC, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and the Law On Out-Of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Bodies, you are entitled to seek the services of an out-of-court dispute resolution body:
