TRAINING
The Training Team is responsible to organize and deliver initial and recurrent training for Flight Crew and Cabin Crew members.
Department provides the schedule for trainees, instructors, together with the booking of simulators and practical devices through the approved training centers.
The team works very close with Flight Operations, Safety, and Compliance departments, in order to keep the training syllabus up-to-date with EASA, local, and IOSA requirements, looking for continuous improvements.
