Fleet Management

Primarily responsible for delivering the fleet strategy of SmartLynx group airlines. In fleet, we procure the aircraft on operating leases and transition the aircraft from the lessors into one of the AOCs, collaborating with regulators along with managing the project with internal stakeholders. We also transition the aircraft out of the SmartLynx fleet at the end of the lease period, ensuring all the re-delivery conditions are met and the aircraft is re-delivered to the lessor on time.

We work closely with the commercial department to allocate aircraft to specific commercial projects, ensuring the right aircraft is selected to maximize the profitability from the fleet.
