You have:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the Aviation Material Control environment;
  • Good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
  • Mature and stress-resistant personality with good communication skills;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proactive personality;
  • Ability to work within and lead a team;
  • Excellent People management skills;
  • Ability to work within rigid timelines and budget;
  • Confident with strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in both Customer Support and Material Planning areas;
  • Commercial focus and understanding of Company business objectives.

What will you do:

  • To procure, provision, and ship materials to satisfy in advance of Scheduled Aircraft Maintenance for Hangar, Line stations, and outsourced maintenance needs;
  • To track, record, and push for best results during AOG Material situations, supporting duty AOG desk coordinator;
  • To attend pre-input meetings as required and address and report all material issues arising. To ensure at the final pre-input meeting the Customer Support Teams are fully aware of any ongoing issues;
  • To Liaise with OCC, Production Planning Supervisor, Customer Support Supervisor, Senior Crew Chiefs, and Development Engineers in order that advanced Material planning is effective and that cross-departmental communication is maintained;
  • Monitor and progress rotatable control and asset management between SLX and contracted organizations.
