

Head of Brand and Communications

- You have relevant professional experience with brand marketing, digital marketing, and communications in an in-house or agency setting ideally with some B2B experience preferred;
- Strong knowledge of best practices in digital and non-digital marketing channels;
- Strong creative instincts; ability to inspire others to take bold moves and try new ideas;
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time including a strong sense of ownership; ability to prioritize and manage deadlines;
- Excellent story-telling, copywriting, and content strategy skills;
- Proven track record of assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment;
- Ambitious, results-driven with a bias to action;
- You have a can-do-more approach, a passion to make an impact and exceed your goals.
What will you do:
- Maintain the company’s competitive yet approachable presence in the ACMI, Charter, and Caro business;
- Work closely with the Business Development to help promote our new and existing products and services;
- Create brand awareness through inventive and creative branding projects and initiatives such as activations;
- Lead the design, implementation, and measurement of SmartLynx employer branding strategy, including brand quality and consistency measures, hiring and onboarding best practices, and campaigns that attract external talent;
- You will be responsible for the external and internal image and brand of SmartLynx Airlines;
- You will have to proactively promote SmartLynx Airlines services in existing marketing channels, and you will be constantly searching for new channels;
- You will develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities;
- Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation;
- Develop and maintain external information resources – Web page, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram;
- Develop and maintain internal information flow – Intranet and Newsletters;
- Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, portfolios, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, and photographs;
- Participate in Customer surveys, gather and present results;
- Responsible for Corporate style and design in the Company’s Presentations, Job advertisements, Sales proposals, Corporate gifts, and anniversary gifts;
- Assist other departments in the creation of Visual Materials, Presentations, and video materials;
- Liaising with and answering inquiries from media, individuals, and other organizations;
- Manage SmartLynx Airlines Onboard Magazine project.
