Base Maintenance Outsourced Manager

You have:

Must be licensed B1 or B2 engineer;
Must have a license on type for A320, A330, or B737Max;
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
Ability to work within and lead a team;
Excellent People management skills;
Ability to work within rigid timelines and budget;
Confident with strong communication and negotiation skills;
Flexibility with regards to working hours, responsibilities, and travel;
Willingness to embrace change and to drive improvements within the business;
Commercial focus and understanding of Company business objectives.
