It means hard work, dedication and professionalism around the clock and around the globe. Our Crew members provide excellent customer service; they strive to make the flying experience a pleasant one for the passengers ensuring their comfort and safety troughout the flight. 

Cabin Crew Members


  • Graduation from high school
  • Willing to work in service field (previous positive experience as a cabin crew is benefit)
  • People management skills coupled with strong communication and adaption skills
  • Caring and service-oriented attitude toward employees and clients
  • Excellent English language skills (other languages will be considered as an advantage)
  • Mature personality and ability to solve complicated situations both in team and with passengers
  • Punctuality and flexibility
  • The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
  • Clean Criminal Record
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends and night hours
  • Availability to take long term duty trips
  • The ability to swim 25 metres unaided
  • No visible tattoos and/or piercings
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm


  • Smile – it’s a part of the uniform
  • Setting an appearance and attitude example
  • Acting accordingly to the Cabin Crew Manual
  • Communicating in a good and polite manner with passengers and crew on board
  • Ensuring safety procedures as per manual
  • Assisting passengers who require special attention
  • Keep the aircraft clean and tidy during the flight
  • Maintaining excellent customer service

We offer:

  • 6 months contract with possible extension
  • All trainings provided
