HR COORDINATOR

Main duties include:

  • On-boarding and Off-boarding for Flight Crew members
  • Background Checks for crew according to Aviation regulations
  • Data control and processing for crew payroll and reports
  • Precise data update in all HR systems
  • Daily monitoring of e-mails in fast and efficient manner
  • Assist crew in administrative and contract related questions
  • Coordinate Cabin Crew recruitments, assist in assessments
  • Assist Supervisor and HR Team in different HR tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Higher education or at least last year student
  • Experience in HR Administration, recruitments
  • Ability to process high volume of data in short period of time
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ethics

CABIN OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Main duties include:

  • Ensure that cabin documentation (safety cards, seating plans, Emergency Equipment Layout (EET), cabin library) is updated on a timely manner and all aircrafts are supplied with updated documentation
  • Ensure that Cabin Library has a sufficient amount of all documents and forms
  • Order Safety cards, Exit cards, and keep the stock
  • Assist / substitute Station Managers in ACMI and ad-hoc projects if necessary
  • Handle and maintain Cabin Operations documents in aircrafts libraries and briefing rooms
  • Collect and follow up on reports submitted by Cabin Crew members, and distribute Cabin Crew reports according to the corresponding departments
  • Make sure that EEL is up to date and settled on all aircrafts in cooperation with Engineering department
  • Responsible for updating and mending the Cabin Crew Manual as directed by the Cabin Crew Manager in cooperation with Safety and Security department, and Compliance department
  • Upload Cabin Memorandums in company’s intranet
  • Improve reporting system if necessary
  • Provide support to Cabin Crew Manager if necessary

Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent education
  • Very good computer skills
  • Very good English, Latvian, Russian language skills (written and spoken)
  • Office management skills
  • Occasionally ready to work outside office hours
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ethics
